Janet Ruddock, MBA

Chief Compliance & Quality Officer

Janet Ruddock is a visionary and results-oriented Senior Executive with over 20 years’ experience in cross functional roles with demonstrated success in driving strategic and operational goals, leading full scale, start up and turn-a-round efforts in business acumen.

Prior to joining Agape, she was the Executive Vice President, Cool Corp, where she spent seven years leading and directing the fuel operations (Retail & Commercial), growing the business to over $300m in annual revenue. She sat on the Government committee in rolling out ethanol in MTBE products and was the 1st to roll out products in the Northern and Western Regions of Jamaica and increase total revenue by 30% before the market was positioned to do so.

 

She led the group of companies as Vice President of Human Resources and was integral in merging several divisions and creating a shared services head office to the other divisions thereby reducing operating expenses by 55%. She developed “Fantastic Service”, customer service training and rolled out in 10 States and Europe that improved deliverables by over 20% of customer satisfaction.

 

Her background spans national and global in telecommunications, distribution, material testing technologies, oil and energy and behavioral health industries. She has worked with Cable & Wireless, Atlas Material Testing Technology, Cool Corp and others.

 

Janet has strong leadership skills, spearheading change initiatives, leads with transparency and the highest level of integrity both with governance and best practices in globalized and national environments.

She has proven abilities to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, an astute negotiator, confident decision maker; able to identify deficiencies and potential opportunities and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.

 

She holds a Masters, Business Administration (MBA) and BSc in Human Resources, studied in several disciplines, Public Relations, Compliance, Regulations, Quality Management, etc. She lives by an introductory statement from her former boss, Larry Masters, President/CEO, “if you give Janet something to do, consider it done.”

 

She joined Agape management team since 2016.
