Tiffany Montero

Director of Programs

Tiffany Montero has over 10 years’ experience in the Community Mental Health field. Her background extends to serving adults, children and families across the tri-county area who have mental health disorders and substance abuse issues, but have fallen into the criminal justice cycle.

 

She has managed to work closely with the judicial systems to get clients out of the punitive structure of court proceedings and into treatment. One of the many attributes that she brings to Agape is her desire to seeing individuals get the help that they need when they need it the most.

 

Prior to joining Agape, Tiffany spent over 6 years at Henderson Behavioral Health in various positions of Youth Case Manager, 1st Episode Psychosis Care Manager and Case Manager Supervisor.

 

She is a result-oriented individual, very loyal and committed in ensuring that the clients are given every opportunity to maximize the best results in recovery to normal lives.

 

She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Master of Science Degree in National Security Affairs and attained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Nova Southeastern University.  She has extensive training and certification in social work, governance, and leadership.
