Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Collette Reece is a veteran fiscal administrator with over 20 years’ experience in financial management, including budgeting, auditing, grants management and fiscal contract compliance in the Not- for-Profit and Healthcare industry.

During her career, Ms. Reece has worked for several non-profit organizations, implementing accounting systems, developing effective systems of internal controls, establishing accounting policies and procedures for monitoring financial transactions as well as overseeing the preparation of regulatory compliance according to contract specifications. Ms. Reece also has extensive hands on experience in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) financial operations, grants management and compliance, as well as overseeing financial activities, including financial reporting, accounts receivable, third party payors, purchasing, vendor relations, accounts payable, payroll and budgets.

Ms. Reece currently oversees the Member Financial Services Department of Health Choice Network of Florida, Inc. which provides expertise and support to HCN’s member health centers through the integration of fiscal services. Additionally, she serves as the contract CFO for 4 of HCN’s member Community Health Centers in the State of Florida.
